You could use the broth and make it into a gravy for your potatoes, because to dump it is such a waste…

Good Trick on putting the potatoes in the pot & THEN adding the cream. That probably helps elevate the clumps as well

Want the best mash potato's can use instant or regular > What make it better is this > butter, salt, butter milk > Your heard it BUTTER MILK, for a extra kicker jalapeno juice to your tastes

I created these potatoes this evening and I must admit they were the best I'd ever made. I previously used a hand mixer but this time I used a fork and wooden utensil, prefect. I also used chicken stock and the parmesan cheese (for spaghetti) and all spice to season. Omgosh so great. Thank you.
