  1. It's interesting that the Amazons chose to be speed-based fighters (relying on speed and overwhelming the enemy to avoid death but poor resistance) I have come to the understanding that more effective power-based fighters would be able to withstand something like a high-groin shot long enough to take several opponents down before going unconscious or dying, but the amazon who swung behind Steve & Diana gave up after a relatively menial injury…

Edit: these warriors have been training for thousands of years, they definitely should have done some resistance training.

  2. The women jumping down the cliff with the ropes is an awesome scene within an awesome scene. Along with the Amazon Women riding out on the horses. Patty is a phenomenal director executing her childhood WW origin.

  3. The Amazons: literal children of Ares who have trained their whole entire lives for war, learned to master every single weapon, and learned of every tactic in their era.

Also the Amazons: *forgets about battle formations, leaves the high ground, charges at guns with no shields or cover.*

  4. Amazons aren't as great warriors as I had expected them to be for a race that's supposedly exist to bring peace to the world and has been training for more than a few centuries in combat to do just that. I would've thought their average standards for skills of combat would be at least at a the level of what that chick that got a triple kill has but they're fighting just the way an average human would do. They're gonna get wrecked if that is all they have and they go up against the full military force of any of the countries that was in world war 1
